Eating Disorder Check List

Sometimes when you have had an eating disorder for a long time it starts to feel normal, in fact sometimes you can no longer even see it. Below are some questions to help you recognise how much your eating disorder is affecting your life. Although answering yes to some of the questions does not automatically mean that you have an eating disorder it is an indication as to how much food and weight issues are impacting on your life. And it doesn't have to be like this.
