Contribute to EDANZ’s submission to the Mental Health Inquiry

EDANZ is making a submission to the Government’s Mental Health Inquiry.  This is our opportunity to improve the level and type of care people with eating disorders receive.

The inquiry was set up in response to widespread concern about mental health and addiction services. You can read more about the inquiry on their website – https://www.mentalhealth.inquiry.govt.nz

EDANZ will use your responses to this short survey to support our submission.  Feedback from individuals and families is critical to help us tell an effective story about what services are needed.  All responses will be treated in confidence.

As well as completing this survey, we encourage you to make an individual submission about your experience supporting a loved one with an eating disorder. There are a number of ways you can do this.

This survey has two parts. The first is a number of questions asking you to rank your responses from 1 – 5. It will only take a short time to complete. If you wish to provide more written feedback, you have the opportunity to do so in the second part of the survey. You do not need to complete both parts of the survey.

Thank you so much for your generous response to our recent survey about what help carers had sought. Please help us again by completing the first part of this survey, and if you want to the second.

The survey closes Tuesday 22 May 11pm.
